Service Description
A calm supportive presence to help you get things done. Body doubling involves working alongside you while you complete tasks - whether that's admin, household jobs, sorting or planning. Having someone there can make tasks feel less overwhelming and easier to start and finish. I provide quiet encouragement, structure and company without taking over or rushing you. £20 per hour
